What will you be doing?

• Making customers happy with your fast and personal responses.
• Answering questions and offering solutions.
  
• Brainstorming about how we can improve our service.
• Optional: coming up with and creating content for social media.

Who are you?

• You are a communicative all-rounder.
• You have a perfect command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• You are available at least 12 hours a week and can be deployed flexibly.
  
• You are autónomo or willing to become autónomo. Not yet autónomo? Then we will help you register free of charge.

What do we offer you?‍

• A fee of €11 per hour, excluding VAT.
• Flexible working hours that suit your schedule.
• Work entirely from home, in your smoking jacket or pajamas.
