From Dec. 2, 2024, tourist accommodations in Spain will be required by law to register their guests through the Interior Ministry's SES Hospedajes platform. This replaces the procedure at Hospederías of the Guardia Civil.

Roadmap for registration with SES Hospedajes

1. Go to the portal

Visit the SES Hospedajes portal and click on the “@” icon next to “Acceso al registro de establecimientos y entidades”.

2. Log in

Select "eIdentifier ” as the login method and use your digital certificate to gain access.

‍

‍

3. Check your email address

Click “Perfil” in the upper right corner , check if the email address is correct and update it if necessary. Click on "Aceptar ” to confirm. The email address is important because this is where you will receive your platform access information.

4. Start the registration

Click "Inicio ” at the top right to return to the main menu. Here you can start the registration.

5. Fill in the data

Enter all the requested data. Do not forget to check "Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web ”.

6. Add your accommodations

Fill in all the information about your accommodation(s).

7. Check and confirm the application.

Check all the details carefully and confirm your application by signing it with your Digital Certificate.

8. Choose a platform for automation.
